SUMMARY:Quilters
DESCRIPTION:Our quilters meet every Wednesday\, following the school schedule for Othello School District.   Our quilters are a very unique band of women\, from all the different churches in Othello\, and they come together to make quilts.  This includes cutting the fabric into squares\, matching them up so that they can be sewn together to make a quilt\, bound\, finally tied.  There are many jobs that need to be done.  If you are a quilter and you would like to join these women\, they will welcome you with open arms and put you right to work. \nThey make many quilts through the year.  Some of these quilts stay in our community\, others are sent outside our community\, and the majority of our quilts are sent to Lutheran World Relief\, where these quilts find their way to other countries who are in need.
